The City of Houston is partnering with Mayberry Homes, Inc to build the Southern Palm Development of 40 affordable single-family homes on 5302, 5306, and 5230 Martin Luther King Jr. BLVD in the Old Spanish Trail (OST) - South Union neighborhood.
Mayberry Homes will oversee the new construction of 40 affordable three-bedroom single-family homes. The homes will be sold to homebuyers earning up to 120% Area Median Income (AMI).

This is just to express my appreciation to the Mayberry Team for its continued commitment to service and true customer satisfaction. I say this from my experience in dealing with this team since July 2012 when I negotiated and closed on my property. I have not had any significant complaints on the property. Actually, I have been quite happy with it. However, I have made a few requests and have received consistent excellent service. Every member of the team that I dealt with has always been professional, polite, and prompt in responding to my request. The latest is the water leak from one of the sprinkler heads on my property. Again the Mayberry Team sprang to action to fix it promptly, even though it was not caused by Mayberry or any of his contractor. I appreciate this kind of service and I applaud the Mayberry Team.

I purchased my first new home by Mayberry in December of last year. Although this was my first new home, my family members and friends had all shared their experiences of buying new homes throughout the years. One of the most common complaints I heard was that once you bought the home it was difficult, if not impossible to have the builder come out and repair any problems.
